Introduction

In the digital age, cold outreach remains a powerful strategy for building connections and promoting services or products. However, the success of your cold outreach efforts largely hinges on the reputation of your domain. A well-warmed domain can significantly increase your email deliverability and response rates. In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of warming up a brand-new domain, specifically tailored for low volume, high-quality outreach campaigns.

Check to see what category Barracuda has you as:  https://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups/lookup-reputation.

You want something like "business" or "computing-technology". If you see something like "shopping" you will have a harder time getting into inboxes.

GlockApps Report

Only pay attention to the results form Gmail, Office 365, and Business Email inboxes. No need to pay attention to Outlook results as we are not going to be sending here usually for B2B Outreach. You should be seeing 100% inboxing at this point.

Manual Sending

Engage in low-volume, high-quality email exchanges. A clever tactic involves reaching out to sales teams under the guise of a potential customer, stimulating genuine conversation. Another option is to email people in your personal network.
